- 400g spaghetti
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
- Parmesan cheese, grated for serving

Instructions:
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, about 3-4 minutes.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Once the pasta is cooked, reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
- Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the garlic oil, tossing to combine. If the pasta seems dry, add a little reserved pasta water.
- Season with salt to taste and toss in the chopped parsley before serving.
- Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
