Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon oil for cooking

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, yogurt, and water. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
- Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt to the batter. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, and coriander leaves into the batter.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
- Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it into a circle.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Repeat the process for the remaining batter, adding more oil as needed.
- Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
