Ingredients:
- 3 whole wheat rotis (about 60g each)
- 2 ripe avocados (about 200g each)
- 1 medium tomato, diced (about 150g)
- 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded (about 30g)
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced (about 30g)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (about 15ml)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Instructions:
- In a bowl, mash the ripe avocados with lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Lay out the whole wheat rotis on a clean surface.
- Spread a generous amount of the avocado mixture on each roti.
- Top with diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and sliced red onion.
- Roll the rotis tightly to form wraps and cut them in half if desired.
