🧂 Ingredients:

For the peach filling:

  • 5–6 fresh peaches (or 5 cups), peeled and sliced (or use 2 cans of sliced peaches, drained)

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

For the crisp topping:

  • ¾ cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt

  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cold and cubed


👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease your baking dish.

2. Make the Filling

In a bowl, toss sliced peaches with sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Pour into the baking dish and spread evenly.

3. Make the Crisp Topping

In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Cut in cold butter using a pastry cutter or fork until the mixture becomes crumbly.

4. Assemble and Bake

Sprinkle the crisp topping evenly over the peach mixture.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the peach filling is bubbling.

5. Cool and Serve

Let it cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat!
